From Stress & Clutter to Clear & Beautifully Organized, I turn your space into a wonderful place!

Are you planning on selling your home any time soon?

Almost every time I hear my clients expressing themselves with a simple statement: I’m so stressed and overwhelmed with selling my home. I  believe that either you are selling an empty or occupied home, you should consider hiring a Stager.

“Why to Hire a Stager?

As I was being approached by my clients located in Manhattan, New York, I explained to them the importance of Staging before selling a house or condo. You never get a second chance to make a first impression

Buyers are quick to jump to conclusions about a home after a single glance. That’s why more sellers are turning toward professional home stagers to prepare for selling their homes.

A Professional Stager: Helps eliminate clutter

  • First step is to organize / declutter your home.
  • Removing papers from tables and furniture
  • Any personal items that add to the unnecessary clutter such as diplomas, family pictures and anything that relates to your family.
  • Use design elements in planning out the rooms, space and lighting.
  • Create traffic patterns to highlight positive attributes of a home while downplaying its negative features.
  • Suggest to owners design adjustments such as painting neutral colors
  • Removal of all excessive furniture to open up an additional space and create more open space.

From empty space into beautifully furnished home

Let me give you an example of my client from  Hoboken, NJ who was trying to sell his beautiful condo right by the Hudson River for more than 1 million dollars. The place was specious but totally empty. What it means is no furniture, no colors, no imagination of this place when furnished and  not a full beauty of this amazing place.

My client contacted me after he realized that potential buyers didn’t have a full interest in this place. Something was missing?   STAGING!!!

Consider buyer demographics and buying psychology:

The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money. Staging techniques focus on improving a property’s appeal by transforming it into a welcoming, attractive product that anyone might want.
Staging promotes design elements in planning out the rooms, space and lighting.

It is not to overwhelm potential buyers with wild colors and furniture, even if you think it makes your home “special.”

Stager can use some existing furniture but most of the time it is necessary to remove some furniture for staging purpose; It makes a big difference![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/6″][vc_single_image image=”565″ img_size=”full”][vc_btn title=”Contact Maggie” link=”url:http%3A%2F%2Fmaggiesorganizing.com%2Fcontact-maggie%2F|||”][vc_wp_posts number=”10″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
